“I have been working with Neurofeedback Specialist Sarah Murphy, who runs the MINDCode Office at Resilience Code, for about six months now. I meditate daily from home with the use of MyndLift app and Sara’s help to interpret my results and set up new protocols. Sarah is very knowledgable, professional and helpful. My daily meditation training includes attaching the Muse headband and starting the app. I then try to let go of my thoughts, focus on my breath and calm down. It’s amazing, my relaxation state is almost instant now. After I am done with my mediation, which lasts about 30 minutes, the program gives me feedback results and I may review my achievements in the app, which encourages me to keep going and get better. I have had a very positive experience engaging my mind in these meditations and I can notice the difference in my quality of life- I have been sleeping much better and I feel calmer and more present.
