Biography

Sarah Murphy is a dynamic leader in neuroperformance and personalized wellness, with a passion for helping individuals achieve mental clarity, emotional balance, and peak cognitive function. She leads with an integrative, data-driven approach to optimizing brain health through neurofeedback, qEEG brain mapping, photo biomodulation, and AVE technology.

Sarah began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Her background in architecture honed her systems-level thinking and gave her a unique lens for understanding the brain — as a beautifully complex structure that, like a building, can be rewired, stabilized, and optimized when you understand its blueprint.

Her entry into the world of brain health was deeply personal. After experiencing a traumatic head injury in her 20s, Sarah was left navigating symptoms like brain fog, mood swings, and chronic fatigue. Old school approaches to head injury left her with few answers, which led her to explore neurofeedback and brain mapping. What began as a search for her own healing evolved into a life’s work to empower others to better understand their own neurological landscapes.

She is now BCN certified in neurofeedback and is a passionate advocate for the intersection of mental health, performance, and personalized data. Sarah’s work focuses on supporting high performers, athletes, mothers, children, and individuals dealing with burnout, trauma, cognitive longevity, sleep issues, or chronic cognitive challenges to unlock their full potential through science-backed methods.
