Biography
Rachel is the Director of Physical Therapy at Resilience Code. She has experience with a wide variety of patients, from post-operative patients suffering from spine, core, hip, and knee injuries to recreational, college, and professional athletes. Rachel’s focus on stability and mobility to promote function has proved successful in her practice.
Rachel played basketball, softball, swam, and ran track throughout school and developed an understanding of the importance of physical therapy after tearing her ACL. She stays active by running and cycling and has participated in several races and triathlons over the last few years.
Rachel holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State and graduated cum laude with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of the Sciences. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Role at RC
As a Physical Therapist at Resilience Code, Rachel specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to enhance their physical function and quality of life. She develops personalized rehabilitation plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at pain reduction, mobility improvement, and injury prevention. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, Rachel guides patients through progressive exercises and manual therapies, monitors their progress, and adjusts interventions to optimize recovery. Her role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and functional movement to promote long-term health and resilience.
