Biography
Evan Schaller is a strength and conditioning coach who has been with Resilience Code since 2016. He is passionate about implementing data-driven strength and conditioning programs for optimal performance in sport and in life.
Evan earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise from Colorado State University, and completed internships in the college setting at the Division I level at the University of Denver as well as the private setting at Landow Performance. After 5 years in the strength and conditioning industry, Evan earned a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University Chicago.
Evan holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA as well as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification.

Role at RC
Evan is the Director of KinetiCode at Resilience Code where he oversees and implements high-level performance programs for athletes and other clientele based on advanced testing results and sports science. Evan coordinates and facilitates these testing procedures and subsequent interventions across an integrative care unit of doctors, physical therapists, and other strength and conditioning staff.
He works with a range of clients from elite professional athletes, college and high school athletes, as well as special populations including post-surgical lumbar and cervical patients, and injured athletes completing return-to-play programs. Evan uses his knowledge of performance training and sports science technology to help each client perform to the highest level.
