Kim Aguilar is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 23 years of experience supporting patients and providers across orthopedic, pain management, and spine care specialties. In 2024, she joined Resilience Code as a Medical Assistant, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in clinical coordination, surgical scheduling, and patient advocacy.
Kim began her career after attending the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where she laid the foundation for her lifelong commitment to healthcare. She spent 14 years at New Mexico Orthopaedic Associates, rising to the role of Scheduling Manager, before relocating to Denver. There, she continued to specialize in surgical and procedural scheduling at Orthopedic Associates and Colorado Clinic.
In 2019, Kim joined Dr. Prusmack’s Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic, where she further developed her expertise in spine surgery coordination. Her ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining a patient-centered approach has made her an invaluable asset in every role she’s held.
