Biography
Abigail Wischmann is an exercise physiology professional with experience in clinical exercise testing and individualized exercise programming. She has experience in both clinical and performance settings, conducting exercise assessments and supporting patients through safe, evidence-based interventions. Abigail obtained her BS in Microbiology from the University of Iowa and her MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Denver. Her multidisciplinary training allowed her to gain a variety of hands-on experience in cardiopulmonary exercise testing, research, data interpretation, and patient care, making her well-rounded in her approach to health and wellness. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and enhance overall function by emphasizing exercise as preventative medicine.
