How does it work?
During a session, sensors are placed on your scalp to monitor your brainwave activity. A computer provides feedback through visual or auditory cues (like a game or video). When your brain moves toward more balanced patterns, it’s rewarded—reinforcing healthier brain function over time.
Is Neurofeedback safe?
Yes, Neurofeedback is very safe. It’s non-invasive and drug-free. We are not “putting anything into the brain”—we’re simply reading its activity and using feedback to guide it into a more optimal state.
What conditions or goals can Neurofeedback help with?
Neurofeedback is used for a wide range of goals and concerns, including:

Who is Neurofeedback for?

Does it hurt?
Not at all. The process is gentle and relaxing. Most people find the sessions calming—and some even fall asleep during training!
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s brain is different, but most people begin to notice changes within 8–10 sessions. For longer-term change, we typically recommend 20–40 sessions. A personalized plan will be created after reviewing your qEEG brain map.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last about 45–60 minutes, including setup, review, and training.
Are the results permanent?
Because Neurofeedback teaches the brain how to self-regulate, many improvements are long-lasting. Just like physical fitness, consistency matters—your brain will strengthen and maintain new patterns the more it practices.
Can Neurofeedback be used with other treatments?
Yes. Neurofeedback often complements other wellness practices like therapy, coaching, medication, physical training, or nutritional changes. It supports the brain’s ability to integrate and benefit from those interventions more fully.
